When you demand your funds to be released to your Entrepreneur. We will transfer those funds to your Entrepreneur while taking the amount of their earning as a service fee.

When a buyer make any transaction to buy services. Their payments are securely transfered into our escrow account. Where it will be kept safe as long as the buyer wants and will be released on demand.

When Entrepreneur earn revenue, it will be kept in our escrow account and they can request the payments to withdraw into their local bank account.
Entrepreneurs are required to provide their bank account or where we can transfer their earning. We will collect their accounts information along with their income tax number (for those countries who required income tax).

When buyers transfer their funds, it's their funds that we have kept securely as a guranteed of work.
If because of some reasons the contract between the client and Entrepreneur could not proceed. The client can cancel the contract at anytime, a notification will be sent to Entrepreneur to cancel the contract. If they approve the cancelation, the contract will be canceled and funds will be sent back to client's bank account with in 5 working days.
EEStone does not charge any service fee on unsuccessful contracts and refunding. But there are still some charges that you have to pay when you make online transactions, that depends on the payment method you use.
If your Entrepreneur does not accept your contract cancelation request then we can not accept your refund request. So you should discuss with your Entrepreneur before making any final decision. If nothing works out the matter can be taken in EEStone dispute resolution centre, that we discuss in detail in the next section.
We take disputes related to payments very seriously, and do our best to make a right decision to solve it. We take all your disputes to our dispute resolution center where our team of experts will help you with your concerned issues.
In case of any dispute, you will be required to "File a dispute" form against your contracted party by providing the detail of dispute. Once you have submitted the dispute, we will require the other party to have a review of dispute detail and required their response to dispute. If the other party failed to respond with in 10 working days, they will automatically lose the dispute and funds will be transfered to your account. After response from the other party, the disputes become active and taken to our dispute resolution centre, where our leading team reviews the disputes and try to contact with both parties seperately through phone calls (if required) and then a joint conversational group to discuss the matter with both parties. Our team take it very seriously and take some time to discuss the points mentioned from both parties before taking any decision. We also can take some help from our 3rd party friends, who are experts in those matters (if required), so we have to share required information about you with them.
